Some Ground Rules…

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to follow all policies listed below.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

Appointments will not be reserved without confirmation

You will receive an appointment confirmation text 2 days prior to your appointment. Please follow the steps to either confirm or cancel at this time. If an appointment has not been confirmed within 24 hrs of the appointment, it will no longer be reserved. 

If you wish to cancel your appointment, please be courteous and cancel through text or email to cancel so you can avoid a no show fee. The appointment will be considered a no show if I did not receive the cancellation notice. 

CANCELLATION

I understand that sometimes scheduling adjustments are necessary, however I kindly ask that you allow at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or service changes. Cancellations not received within 24 hours of scheduled appointments will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

LATE ARRIVAL

I value your time and make every effort to start your appointment on time. While I understand being late is sometimes unavoidable, arriving more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time may result in rescheduling or modifying your service due to scheduling commitments with other clients. 

NO CALL NO SHOWS

Cancelling is required if you can’t make it to an appointment. No call no shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.
